Our customer is a cloud-based platform designed to streamline and enhance the research and development processes within the field of biotechnology. This innovative platform provides comprehensive tools and solutions to empower scientists and researchers in the biotech industry.

The client facilitates collaboration, data management, and experiment tracking, allowing scientists to work more efficiently and effectively in their pursuit of breakthroughs and advancements in biotechnology. With its user-friendly interface and robust features, it plays a crucial role in accelerating the pace of discovery and innovation in the biotech R&D sector.

if you are

  • A skilled Python developer with more than 5 years of track record
  • Experienced in integration projects
  • Skilled with AWS cloud services and serverless technologies provided by AWS for more than 2 years (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, RDS, SQS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, Boto3)
  • Good at building and consuming APIs
  • Adept at building and enhancing event-based implementations (e.g. Pub/Sub, SNS, SQS, EB)
  • Knowledgeable of data serialization and deserialization, and validation concepts and technologies (e.g. JSON schemas, pydantic, etc.)
  • Well-versed in RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Proficient with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
  • Professional in customer-facing projects
  • An expert in creating simulated environments that replicate certain aspects of actual systems’ behavior, allowing for initial testing and development

and you want to

  • Build highly customizable and specialized solutions on top of AWS services
  • Create robust and scalable Python-based solutions for customer-centric integrations
  • Collaborate closely with client and their customers to understand unique requirements and objectives
  • Proactively anticipate technical challenges, engage with stakeholders, and drive discussions for issue resolution
  • Take ownership of projects, ensuring technical integrity and successful delivery of results
  • Design and build solutions that would streamline integration between existing client systems and the client's Platform
  • Work hands-on with the client's product to identify areas of improvement and new opportunities that can be shared with the client's development team
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and quality standards
  • Contribute to the documentation process (APIs, code, and integrations) and make sure it aligns with the industry and client's standards
