FullStack Agentic Dev with SDD

About the Position

At Beeyond Media, we are not only transforming the Digital Out of Home (DOOH) industry but also the way we build software. We are not looking for a traditional developer who writes code line by line ("vibe coding"), but for an agentic developer capable of orchestrating AI agents to deliver high-quality solutions in record time.

We are looking for a FullStack in Go and React who masters the Spec Driven Development (SDD) paradigm. Your role will not only be "programming", but designing the instructions and technical context necessary for AI tools to generate robust, scalable, and production-ready code in React.

Main Responsibilities

1. Spec Engineering & Architecture

• Spec Design: Translate product requirements into precise technical documents (Spec.md, Markdown, JSON) that serve as the "source of truth" for AI agents.
• Context Definition: Structure project knowledge (files .cursor/rules, architecture documentation) to minimize hallucinations and maximize AI accuracy.

2. Agent Orchestration and Workflow

• Agentic Workflow: Execute advanced workflows using tools like VS Code, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor (Composer) for generating components and business logic.
• Strategic Refactoring: Collaborate in the migration of legacy systems (PHP/JQuery) to Go+React, using agents to automate code conversion while maintaining logical integrity (most will be implemented from scratch with a new scheme).

3. Monitoring and Quality (Human in the loop)

• Critical Validation: Act as a quality filter, reviewing code generated by AI to ensure it meets Clean Code, performance, and security standards.
• UI/UX Optimization: Ensure "Pixel Perfect" implementations and a smooth user experience, adjusting manually only when AI does not reach the required detail.

Technical Requirements

Core Stack

• GoLang (Expert): Extensive experience in Go-based systems, using standard libraries as well as the main frameworks.
• React.js (Expert): Deep knowledge in component architecture, hooks, and state management.
• GoRoutines: Good handling of concurrency using goroutines.
• TypeScript: Mandatory use in frontend to provide typing and structure to AI generations.
• Modern CSS: Tailwind CSS or Styled Components.
• Legacy Knowledge: Ability to understand and deconstruct PHP and JQuery code for migration is desirable.

AI & SDD Stack (Mandatory)

• Agentic Workflow: Demonstrable experience using code generation tools (Copilot, Codex, ClaudeCode, Cursor, etc.).
• Dominion of Leading LLMs: Advanced experience interacting with LLMs such as Claude, Gemini, and GPT, using them as reasoning engines for code generation, debugging, and logic optimization.
• Spec-First: Ability to document and define before executing. We are looking for someone who understands that better specification is better than iterative prompting.
• Technical Pragmatism: Focus on delivery speed and problem-solving over code purity.
