Our client is a fast-growing US-based SaaS startup that is transforming the way healthcare organizations manage purchases, inventory, and payments. We are looking for a Senior Principal Engineer with practical experience to help us scale a real production platform used by real customers, not just for prototyping or managing remote teams.

This is a highly technical position for someone who enjoys programming, designing systems, solving complex problems, and elevating the team's engineering level.

What we are looking for

• Extensive experience in building scalable web applications with Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL
• Demonstrated experience in designing production-level architectures and scalable cloud solutions
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, system design, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
• Strong engineering mindset: code quality, architecture patterns, performance, security, and maintainability
• Experience in code reviews, providing technical mentorship, and constructively challenging ideas
• Advanced English proficiency (oral and written)
• Great curiosity, ability to learn quickly, sense of responsibility, and strong problem-solving skills
• Availability to work in time zones compatible with the US
